今回の曲は、アナログサウンド（アコギ）にデジタルヴォイス（ボカロ）というコンセプトの作品です。
『夢の後』という曲は自分の事を書いている歌詞で思い入れが物凄く強いので、僕が歌ったら感情を込めすぎてしまうのは明白なので、あっさり歌わせているこの形くらいがリスナー的には聴きやすいのかも、と思ったりもします。
This tune is written with the idea of mixing analogue (acoustic guitar) with digital (Vocaloid). The lyrics to "after the dream" are laden with personal sentiments, so it is obvious that when I sing it I'll put in too much emotion, so I thought this version would be easier on the listener's ears.
The song later appeared in Karaoke-boxes all over the country and hiro' decided to sing it himself, which is the video above. For the Vocaloid version, click here (YT vid).

Notes:
- Continues to play / Kanade tsudzukeru - I am assuming it should be "that I continue to play", and that is what I used in the final lines, but in the beginning it could also be "we". I opted for the safe route and left the active agent out.
- Create / Kanaderu - In the sense of creating a song, a melody, as the base meaning of "kanaderu" is "to play an instrument".
